Profiles in Success
Introduction
The role model/mentor initiative called Profiles in Success was created by the 2024 Hope Family Reunion Planning Committee. The Profiles in Success initiative is also envisioned as a reunion marketing and promotional program. Our aim is to stimulate interest among family members to attend the reunion event to share their success stories with all attendees. Most importantly, Profiles in Success candidates will be asked to talk about their success paths and serve as role models/mentors for family youth at the elementary, secondary and undergraduate college level. Our goal and intention is to create an ongoing role model/mentorship platform for Hope Family youth and Profiles in Success participants.
Selection Process
The 2024 Family Reunion Planning Committee has selected exceptional family members for the Profiles in Success initiative based on their significant achievements. These individuals have agreed to provide a brief biography and photo, share insights into their educational and professional journeys, engage with reunion attendees, especially youth, about their careers and success strategies, and are encouraged to participate in reunion events. While attendance at all events is encouraged, it is not mandatory for selection. This initiative aims to inspire and highlight the achievements of family members in each reunion cycle.
